Ceturegel®Matrix LDEV-Free-10 mL

Ceturegel™ Matrix LDEV-Free is a soluble basement membrane extract from EHS mouse tumors, rich in ECM proteins like laminin, type IV collagen, HSPG, and nestin, along with growth factors such as TGF-β, EGF, IGF, and FGF. At room temperature, it forms a biologically active 3D matrix that mimics the in vivo basement membrane, supporting cell culture, differentiation, and studies of morphology, migration, invasion, and gene expression. It promotes adhesion and differentiation of various cell types including epithelial, hepatocytes, endothelial, and melanoma cells. Ceturegel™ is ideal for 3D cultures, tumor invasion assays, angiogenesis studies, nerve regeneration, and in vivo tumor models.
