Hieff® Bst Plus DNA Polymerase (40 U/μL)-8000 U

Hieff™ Bst Plus DNA Polymerase is derived from the DNA Polymerase I of the thermophilic Geobacillus species and lacks 5' to 3' exonuclease activity. It exhibits enhanced 5' to 3' DNA polymerase activity, strong strand displacement capability, and dUTP tolerance, making it particularly well-suited for contamination-resistant isothermal amplification techniques such as LAMP and CPA.
