2×Hieff® PCR Master Mix (With Dye)-5*1ml

The 2×Hieff™ PCR Master Mix is a ready-to-use solution that contains Hieff™ Taq DNA Polymerase, dNTPs, and other essential components required for PCR. Thanks to specially formulated stabilizers, the Master Mix remains stable for up to 3 months at 4 °C.

Optimized for conventional PCR, this mix simplifies the workflow—just add the DNA template and primers to start the reaction. It also includes bromophenol blue dye, allowing PCR products to be directly loaded onto a gel for electrophoresis.

The amplified products have a 3′-dA overhang, making them ideal for cloning into T-vectors. This pre-mixed solution streamlines the PCR process and minimizes the risk of contamination.
